Error in header.

Code:
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /viewtopic.php on line 988: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Australia/Melbourne' for 'EST/11.0/DST' instead

Yep that's the error.

Needs to be fixed by the server admin.

Re: The Forum bugs thread :D
Finally fixed!

See if you keep prodding things happen..

I kept asking the question of why I needed to get the system admin to change a setting, well finally one of the system admins of the php forum has given me the correct code to add to one of the control files - hay presto problem fixed!

My guess is it's more of a band-aid fix but don't really care as it has stopped all the errors!
