January 2013 Meeting is canceled
Hi

Sorry for the short notice but the January 2013 Meeting has been cancelled due to the lack of key holders or board members available.

I would like to get a membership drive organised for early next month so will be looking at holding a trip meeting soon, if you know of dates that would conflict or better suit please let me know ASAP so we can sort out a day/weekend for this.

My current preference is for Janowen Hills with the trip being a Day trip with the option for camping, may even offer a long weekend for those can.

Re: January 2013 Meeting is canceled
Yep i plan to be there around 1pm Sunday!

Went for a drive at Janowen with Danny and Katie from the club today,
Also spoke to Jan & Owen about things like large events...
Seems the park can cater for up to 300 cars... me thinking Huge event like the one that's been canceled for this year... :-)
Maybe in 2 or 3 years time ... all we need are the numbers to support it..

But for now lets concentrate on a few smaller things like growing our club, getting some members whom can help on the running of the Club and maybe even take over the roles that currently are being filled for the 3rd year in a row like the President!
To start our year off I want to run a membership drive - trip - throw it out there on ALL the forums!!

But we also need to look at further trips for the year, places to go things to see, but don't forget just because we are a 4WD club dose not mean we can't do other things like 10 pin bowling, BBQ in the park, car rally, Fishing trip... and dare I say a Bush W.. W... wal,,, WALK Phew I got it out!!
So thinking caps on! even if you can't join the meeting or any of the trips throw your thoughts in!
