Club AGM 10th August 2011 - at club rooms - pizza supplied.

Hi All

The River City 4WD club's AGM is on the 10th of August and I would like to see all new members and prospective attend if possible.

Existing members need to also pay the club membership fees by or on at this meeting to remain financial so please if you have not paid yet please do at the meeting, I will try and be there earlier so we can sort out some of these things before the actual meeting.

New and Existing or even prospective members please consider taking on a board position so you can help manage and mould the club to be the club you and hopefully others want to be involved in, remember this is not my club - it's our club and we as members make it what it is.

Can you please let me know if you are attending so I can get an idea of the numbers we need to cater for.

My apologies for not attending last night. Would have been a good chance to meet some of you but I had a little medical procedure yesterday to ensure no unexpected little 'Simons' would enter the world in future.

I hope to attend the Springs trip next month.

Yep it's all exciting with the new board and all the new people, still coming down to earth after all the preparation and excitement of last night!

Hi All

The AGM went off very well with a heap of new members joining up on the night!
I now have a Secretary and Treasurer, finally a club board!
Pizza and chicken went down well and we had just enough to keep people happy.

I thank all that attended and those that apologised for not attending.

Our Club now has 17 Members and more tell me they wish to join so it appears we are born again, with all of these new members we had better get cracking on a whole lot of new trips to keep them happy :-)
