yeh we can always rehash when we go out every time, and pick up more than we take keeping it cleaner etc. ad naseum etc. but we are preaching to the converted because that is what we should always doBig Grin

but we haven't tackled the misguided recalcitrants who will continue to thumb their nose to conventions and etiquette's Angry

but we can go outside and get onto Joe public who with a bit of care could and would always do better if encouraged Angel and turn them around to helping and not contributing to the mess Idea

it is a bigger issue than us keeping up the good work, it needs a lot of community and government support to change the status quo Shy
